Villa Maria Academy

Benchmark worked directly with Villa Maria Academy throughout the building process. On this particular project Benchmark collaborated with the board of directors. Together we were able establish a detailed strategy that allowed the work to be performed in a safe manner while keeping facility active during construction. We kept an open line of communication at all times and adapted to unforeseen changes in our construction sequence to accommodate the students and faculty.  While installing the site stormwater management system we developed creative ways to avoid removing or replacing the existing utilities that were a conflict. Benchmark’s ability to adapt to changes while remaining on schedule made for a smooth and safe-running project in an active space.
