Masonic Village

The Masonic Village project of Burlington New Jersey consisted of constructing a development of cottage-style homes for incoming residents of the retirement community. Benchmark’s site improvements for this project included bulk earthwork totaling 100,000 cubic yards of material moved and 3,600 linear feet of PVC sanitary sewer installed. The most challenging part of the build was the complex dewatering system that was established to install the basins and utilities.  The other portions of our scope included 4.5 acres of site clearing, directional boring, installation of storm sewer and water distribution services, as well as grading of building pads and all site concrete and asphalt paving. Benchmark Site was able to complete the project on budget and on schedule despite the challenges faced with the water table.
