Westminster Theological Seminary

The Westminster Theological Seminary is located in Glenside, PA. Benchmark teamed up with Delran Builders to complete this fast-paced renovation of the existing campus. The project took place while the students of the seminary were actively in-session, which made the safety of the students and the staff our highest priority. The site was broken into multiple phases where we had to install new storm sewer and water distribution systems while working around countless existing utility lines in tight spaces. Benchmark also installed two large Storm Tank underground systems over 10 feet deep and in sequence with a block retaining wall that bordered our excavation pit. Benchmark was able to prepare a detailed schedule to coincide with the seminary’s daily events. A build sequence that was based on the customer’s needs allowed for a safe and on-time completion of the project.
