CarMax Langhorne, PA

Langhorne, PA was the first location of many CarMax Projects that Benchmark has built over the past seven years. With over ten acres of new parking that was required to store hundreds of vehicles, a massive underground stormwater management system needed to be installed. The Stormtech Chamber System that was installed included more than 800 chambers and covered an area of over 50,000 square feet. The asphalt pavement reconstruction and new standard and heavy duty paving areas that surrounded the CarMax building totaled over 45,000 square yards. With the correct equipment, man-power and preparation, Benchmark was able to deliver the site and meet the customer’s exact expectations.
